Job Description:

We are seeking Deckhand/Mates for various yachts worldwide. The role combines general deck duties with mate-level responsibilities, supporting navigation, safety, maintenance, and daily yacht operations under the direction of senior officers.

Key Responsibilities:

As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:

• Assist with navigation and bridge duties as required.
• Support deck maintenance and exterior upkeep.
• Participate in mooring, anchoring, tender, and safety operations.
• Assist with onboard inspections and routine operational tasks.
• Support the Captain and senior deck crew.

Requirements:

• Valid STCW certificates
• Medical fitness certificate
• Proficiency in English communication
• Previous yacht experience preferred
• Relevant deck/mate experience required
• Professional appearance and teamwork skills
