We are seeking Deckhand/Dive Instructors for various yachts worldwide. The position combines general deck responsibilities with diving-related guest activities, requiring the successful candidate to support yacht operations while delivering professional dive instruction and maintaining appropriate safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:

• Assist with general deck operations and yacht maintenance.
• Support diving activities and guest water-sports operations.
• Maintain and prepare relevant diving and deck equipment.
• Promote safe practices during onboard and diving activities.
• Assist with guest service and daily yacht activities.

Requirements:

• Valid STCW certificates
• Medical fitness certificate
• Proficiency in English communication
• Previous yacht or hospitality experience preferred
• Relevant deck and diving experience/certification required
• Professional appearance and teamwork skills
