Job Description
A leading yacht recruitment company is currently seeking an experienced Deckhand to join a Motor Yacht operating worldwide.
The successful candidate will assist with navigation support, mooring operations, tender handling, deck maintenance, watersports activities, and guest services while maintaining the yacht to luxury industry standards.
This opportunity is ideal for motivated Deckhands with previous Motor Yacht experience.
Job Responsibilities
Assist with mooring and anchoring operations
Perform daily deck cleaning and maintenance
Operate tenders and deck equipment when required
Support watersports and guest activities
Carry out painting, polishing, and preservation work
Maintain safety equipment and deck inventory
Participate in emergency drills and safety procedures
Deliver exceptional guest service throughout each voyage
Requirements
Valid STCW certification package
Previous Motor Yacht experience as Deckhand
Valid passport and medical certificate
Good English communication skills
Strong teamwork and communication skills
Professional appearance and positive attitude
Guest service experience is an advantage
Physically and medically fit for sea service
