Job Description:
The employer is recruiting an experienced Deckhand with Special Skills for a luxury yacht operation. The candidate should bring additional specialist skills that can support deck operations and guest activities.

Key Responsibilities:
• Perform daily deck operations and maintenance
• Utilize specialist skills during yacht and guest activities
• Support mooring, anchoring, tender, and water-sports operations
• Maintain deck equipment and exterior areas
• Follow yacht safety and operational procedures

Requirements:
• Previous experience as Deckhand on yachts or in a luxury hospitality environment
• Relevant specialized skills/certifications
• Valid STCW certification and seafarer documentation
• Valid passport and medical certificate
• Excellent English communication skills
• Strong guest service skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work in a multinational crew environment
• Professional appearance, discretion, and positive attitude

• Contract Duration: As per yacht program
• Salary: USD 4,000 DOE
