Job Description

A-Z Yachting is seeking motivated Deckhands to assist with exterior maintenance, deck operations, tender handling, and guest activities aboard sailing and motor yachts.

Key Responsibilities

As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:

• Clean, polish, and maintain the yacht's exterior.
• Assist with mooring, anchoring, and tender operations.
• Maintain deck equipment and exterior furnishings.
• Assist with watersports and guest activities when required.
• Follow onboard safety procedures and instructions from senior crew.

Requirements

• Previous yachting or relevant maritime experience is an advantage.
• Valid STCW certificates and medical certificate, as applicable.
• Good English communication skills.
• Good physical fitness and a proactive attitude.
• Willingness to learn and work as part of an international crew.
