Job Description:

Rooster Recruitment is seeking motivated Deckhands to join sailing and motor yachts operating worldwide. The successful candidates will assist with deck maintenance, mooring, anchoring, tender operations, and guest activities while maintaining excellent standards of safety and yacht presentation.

Key Responsibilities:

As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:

• Cleaning, polishing, and maintaining the yacht’s exterior areas.
• Assisting with mooring, anchoring, and line handling.
• Supporting tender operations and water-sports activities where applicable.
• Preparing deck areas for guest use and assisting with guest activities.
• Following onboard safety procedures and maintaining equipment in good condition.

Requirements:

• Previous yacht experience preferred.
• Valid STCW certificates.
• Valid seafarer’s medical fitness certificate, where required.
• Valid passport and relevant seafarer documentation.
• Good English communication skills.
• Positive attitude, flexibility, and ability to work in an international crew.
