Job Description

MYSAUST is seeking an experienced Deckhand to join a Motor Yacht operating in Australia and French Polynesia.

The successful candidate will assist with daily deck operations, exterior maintenance, tender handling and guest activities while ensuring that the yacht is maintained in excellent condition.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out exterior cleaning, maintenance and detailing
• Assist with mooring, anchoring and docking operations
• Support tender handling and water sports activities
• Maintain deck equipment and safety gear
• Assist with guest activities and onboard service
• Follow instructions from the Lead Deckhand and senior officers

Requirements

• Previous Deckhand experience onboard motor yachts
• Knowledge of general deck operations and maintenance
• Valid STCW certification
• Valid ENG1 or equivalent seafarer medical certificate
• Valid passport and relevant travel documentation
• Good English communication skills
• Strong teamwork and safety awareness
