Deckhand for Motor Yacht

We are looking for a motivated Deckhand to join a private or charter yacht. The candidate will assist with daily deck operations, exterior maintenance, and guest activities while ensuring the yacht is kept in excellent condition.

Key Responsibilities:

As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:

• Maintaining and cleaning exterior areas of the yacht
• Assisting with mooring, anchoring, and docking operations
• Performing general deck maintenance and equipment care
• Preparing and maintaining water toys and assisting with guest activities
• Supporting the deck team with daily vessel operations

Requirements:

• Valid STCW certificates
• Medical fitness certificate
• Proficiency in English communication
• Previous yacht experience preferred
• Good attitude and ability to work in an international environment
