Deckhand for Motor Yacht

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Deckhand to join a private or charter motor yacht. The candidate will assist with exterior maintenance, deck operations, and ensuring the yacht is maintained to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities:

As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:

• Maintaining and cleaning exterior areas of the yacht
• Assisting with docking, anchoring, and mooring operations
• Carrying out general deck maintenance and equipment care
• Preparing water toys and assisting guests with activities
• Supporting the deck team during daily operations

Requirements:

• Valid STCW certificates
• Medical fitness certificate
• Proficiency in English communication
• Previous experience as Deckhand on private or charter motor yachts
