Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Deckhand / Kiteboarder to join a 70m Motor Yacht operating worldwide. This is a fleet role within one of the top fleets in the industry, offering excellent opportunities for career progression.
The position is part of a watersports-based program, with activities including kiting, surfing, and diving. Strong kiteboarding skills are essential, and candidates should have 1–3 years of relevant experience.
A B1/B2 visa is preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
- Carrying out general deck maintenance and operational duties.
- Assisting with yacht deck operations and guest activities.
- Supporting the yacht's watersports program, including kiteboarding activities.
- Maintaining and preparing watersports equipment.
- Assisting with safe and professional operation of onboard recreational activities.
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of relevant experience.
- Proven and strong kiteboarding skills – essential.
- Experience with watersports such as kiting, surfing, or diving is an advantage.
- Valid STCW certificates and seafarer documents.
- Good English communication skills.
- B1/B2 visa preferred.
- Available for ASAP start.
