Job Description:
A professional Deckhand is required for a 45m private motor yacht with a crew of ten. The vessel operates from Sydney and Pittwater and cruises north during winter.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform regular deckhand duties.
- Participate in bridge watches and anchoring operations.
- Assist with navigation, seamanship, crane operations and safety drills.
- Support docking operations and line handling.
Requirements:
- Powerboat Level 2, Coxswain or higher.
- STCW Basic Safety Training.
- Valid ENG1 or AMSA medical certificate.
- Tender-driving experience.
- Some bridge-watch and docking experience.
- Full Australian working rights.
- Ability to live ashore in Sydney.
