Job Description:**
We are seeking an experienced **Deckhand** to join a **33m private motor yacht** on a **permanent basis**.
The yacht operates privately in the Mediterranean, maintaining high standards for safety, maintenance, and guest services.
The ideal candidate should have a **proven background in yacht operations**, strong teamwork skills, and a **stable employment history**.

Key Responsibilities:**
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
• Assisting in safe navigation and deck operations
• Routine maintenance, cleaning, and polishing of deck and exterior areas
• Handling mooring, anchoring, and tender operations
• Supporting crew in daily yacht operations and guest services
• Adhering to safety and security procedures onboard
**Requirements:**
• Minimum 1–3 years of experience as Deckhand on similar yachts
• Valid STCW and medical fitness certificates
• Proven stable employment record
• Ability to work as part of a team and follow instructions
• Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus
Employment Details:**
• Contract Type: Permanent
• Salary: **EUR 3,000 – 3,500 / month**, depending on experience
