Job Description:
We are currently recruiting an experienced and professional Chief Officer for Motor Yachts operating worldwide.
The Chief Officer will support the Captain in the safe and efficient operation of the yacht and will be responsible for deck operations, safety management, crew supervision and maintenance activities.
Previous senior deck experience on Motor Yachts and relevant maritime qualifications are required.

Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
• Support the Captain in the safe operation of the yacht.
• Supervise deck operations and deck crew.
• Maintain high standards of deck maintenance and yacht presentation.
• Support safety management procedures and emergency drills.
• Assist with navigation, tender operations and other yacht activities as required.

Requirements:
• Valid STCW certificates
• Valid OOW / Chief Officer qualification as applicable
• Valid ENG1 or equivalent medical certificate
• Valid passport and seafarer's documents
• Good command of English
• Previous senior deck experience on Motor Yachts
• Strong knowledge of deck operations and safety management
• Luxury yacht experience preferred
