Location: South Pacific, Australia and worldwide cruising
Job Description:
An experienced Chief Officer is required for a well-run 45m+ private motor yacht with future charter aspirations. The vessel operates with a crew of nine and supports the owner's 20m sportfishing vessel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead deck operations and mentor junior crew.
- Perform bridge watchkeeping and deck-management duties.
- Maintain standards for deck operations, safety and crew conduct.
- Support the vessel's sportfishing and cruising operations.
Requirements:
- Officer of the Watch certification.
- Valid STCW certification.
- Current ENG1 medical certificate.
- Strong bridge-watchkeeping and deck-management experience.
- Previous Chief Officer or Senior Deck Officer experience on similar-sized yachts is preferred.
Employment Details:
- Vessel: 45m+ Private Motor Yacht
- Rotation: Approximately 10 weeks on / 10 weeks off
