Hello Sailor seeks a Chief Mate to start ASAP in the UK. Six crew; dual-season charter yacht with a Caribbean crossing, season and two regattas planned.

• Minimum Yachtmaster Offshore, PSCRB, Advanced Fire Fighting and first aid.
• Yachtmaster Ocean or OOW preferred.
• A couple of years in a similar role on large sailing yachts.
• Strong sailing, paperwork and organisational abilities; initiative and flexibility.
