X2 Chief Engineer for Cruise Liner

Job Description

We are seeking qualified First Engineers to assist in managing engine-room operations, machinery maintenance, and technical repairs onboard an international vessel.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily machinery operation and maintenance.
• Coordinate engine-room personnel and assign technical tasks.
• Troubleshoot mechanical faults and arrange repairs.
• Monitor machinery performance and maintain technical records.
• Support the Chief Engineer in maintaining safe and efficient operations.

Requirements

• Valid engineering CoC appropriate to the assigned duties and vessel.
• Valid STCW certificates and medical fitness certificate.
• Previous experience in an engineering officer position.
• Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills.
• Good English communication and teamwork skills.
