Job Description:

An international maritime employer is recruiting an experienced First Engineer to join Motor Yacht. The candidate will be responsible for supporting the Chief Engineer in managing engine room operations and maintaining onboard machinery and technical systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervising daily engine room operations and maintenance.
• Monitoring main engines, generators, and auxiliary machinery.
• Troubleshooting technical faults and coordinating repairs.
• Supervising engine room personnel.
• Ensuring compliance with machinery safety and maintenance standards.

Requirements:

• Valid STCW certificates and relevant CoC.
• Valid Medical Fitness Certificate.
• Previous experience as First Engineer or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of marine engines and auxiliary systems.
• Good troubleshooting and maintenance skills.
• Good English communication skills.
