Winch Recruitment is seeking an experienced Chief Engineer for private and charter sailing and motor yachts. The role involves ensuring safe yacht operations, managing the engine department, and maintaining the highest standards of technical operation and safety.

Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
• Managing and maintaining all engine and mechanical systems onboard
• Ensuring safe and efficient yacht operations
• Supervising engineering team and maintenance schedules
• Complying with safety procedures, yacht regulations, and company standards

Requirements:
• Proven experience on private, charter, or expedition yachts as Chief Engineer
• Valid STCW 2010 certificates
• Valid ENG1 medical certificate
• B1/B2 Visa mandatory
• Strong command of English (spoken and written)
• Professional appearance and service-oriented attitude
• Immediate availability preferred
• Professional references required
