Job Description:
Anglo-Eastern is recruiting an experienced Carpenter to join a cruise ship team. The successful candidate will perform carpentry, repair and maintenance work throughout crew and passenger areas, ensuring that wooden structures, fittings and interior surfaces are maintained to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
Performing carpentry repairs and maintenance onboard.
Repairing and maintaining doors, furniture, fixtures and wooden structures.
Carrying out installation and replacement of wooden components.
Maintaining tools and work areas in safe condition.
Supporting general vessel maintenance activities when required.
Requirements:
Relevant carpentry qualification or trade experience.
Previous experience as a Carpenter onboard vessels.
Cruise ship experience is an advantage.
Valid STCW certificates.
Valid medical fitness certificate.
Proficiency in English communication.
