We are seeking an experienced Staff Captain to join the senior leadership team on board.
Key Requirements:
Proven experience as a Staff Captain on operating cruise ships
Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage deck operations and teams effectively
Excellent knowledge of maritime safety, security, and compliance standards
