Job Description:
An experienced Fleet Captain is required for a shore-based position in Perth overseeing trips and maintenance periods for a growing fleet of private superyachts. The fleet ranges from 60ft day yachts to a new 110ft motor yacht.
Key Responsibilities:
- Cover guest trips together with the other Fleet Captain.
- Oversee vessel maintenance and yard periods.
- Manage stewardesses, deckhands and chefs.
- Drive a diverse range of vessels within the private fleet.
Requirements:
- Previous Captain experience on superyachts.
- MCA or AMSA Captain certification.
- Master 5 or Master 200GT as a minimum.
- Strong crew-management experience.
- Sound technical knowledge.
- Australian working rights.
- Own accommodation in Perth or willingness to relocate.
