Captains for Motor Yacht

We are looking for two experienced Captains to join private or charter yachts. The successful candidates will be responsible for the overall operation, navigation, safety, and management of the vessels, ensuring professional onboard standards and an excellent guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:

As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:

• Ensuring safe navigation and overall vessel operation
• Managing onboard crew and coordinating daily operations
• Maintaining compliance with maritime safety regulations
• Overseeing vessel maintenance and operational readiness
• Ensuring high standards of guest service and onboard conduct

Requirements:

• Valid STCW certificates
• Medical fitness certificate
• Proficiency in English communication
• Previous experience as Captain on yachts preferred
• Good attitude and ability to work in an international environment
