Job Description:

Rooster Recruitment is seeking an experienced Captain for sailing and motor yachts operating worldwide. The successful candidate will be responsible for the safe navigation, overall management, and efficient operation of the yacht, ensuring high standards of safety, professionalism, and guest service.

Key Responsibilities:

As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:

• Managing the safe navigation and overall operation of the yacht.
• Supervising crew members and coordinating daily onboard activities.
• Ensuring compliance with maritime regulations, safety procedures, and company policies.
• Overseeing yacht maintenance, operational planning, and emergency preparedness.
• Maintaining professional standards and ensuring guest satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Appropriate Captain’s license and maritime qualifications for the vessel.
• Valid STCW certificates.
• Valid seafarer’s medical fitness certificate, where required.
• Valid passport and relevant seafarer documentation.
• Previous experience as Captain on sailing yachts or motor yachts.
• Good English communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
