Job Description:
We are currently recruiting an experienced and professional Captain for Motor Yachts operating worldwide. The position is onboard a luxury Motor Yacht under a yacht contract.
The Captain will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of the yacht, navigation, crew management and overall yacht management. Previous luxury yacht experience and proven command experience on Motor Yachts are preferred.
The successful candidate will be expected to maintain high standards of safety, professionalism, guest service and yacht presentation while working as part of a multinational crew.

Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
• Ensure the safe and efficient operation and navigation of the yacht.
• Manage and supervise the onboard crew.
• Ensure compliance with yacht safety procedures and maritime regulations.
• Oversee yacht operations, maintenance and guest activities.
• Conduct and participate in emergency drills and maintain high safety standards.

Requirements:
• Valid STCW certificates
• Valid Master / Yacht Captain qualification appropriate to the vessel
• Valid ENG1 or equivalent medical certificate
• Valid passport and seafarer's documents
• Good command of English
• Proven command experience on Motor Yachts
• Strong leadership, navigation and yacht-management skills
• Previous luxury yacht experience preferred
