A luxury yacht operator is currently seeking an experienced Captain for deployment onboard Motor Yachts operating worldwide.
The selected candidate will be responsible for vessel command, navigation, guest safety, crew management, and ensuring smooth yacht operations while maintaining luxury service standards.
Job Responsibilities
Command and supervise all yacht operations onboard
Ensure safe navigation and voyage planning
Manage crew performance and operational standards
Coordinate guest activities and onboard safety
Maintain compliance with maritime regulations and yacht procedures
Ensure high standards of professionalism and guest satisfaction
Requirements
Previous Motor Yacht experience required
Valid Master CoC and STCW certification package
Valid passport and medical certificate
Strong leadership and communication skills
Excellent guest relations and operational management abilities
