Job Description:
We are looking for a Deck Cadet to join the vessel and gain practical onboard experience under the guidance of the Captain and Staff Captain. This role is designed for cadets to apply their theoretical knowledge from maritime studies in real working conditions, develop seamanship skills, and gain a comprehensive understanding of vessel operations. The Deck Cadet will participate in navigational watches under supervision and support the bridge team in maintaining safe operations.

Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
• Assisting in navigational watchkeeping under the supervision of a qualified officer
• Supporting bridge operations and learning safe navigation practices
• Applying theoretical maritime knowledge in practical onboard tasks
• Participating in deck activities and general vessel operations
• Following safety procedures and company policies at all times

Requirements:
• Valid STCW certificates (STCW95)
• Medical fitness certificate
• Proficiency in English communication
• Completed or currently enrolled in an accredited Maritime Cadet program
• Willingness to learn and develop practical seamanship skills
