Job Description
A leading yacht recruitment company is currently seeking an experienced Bosun to join a Motor Yacht operating worldwide.
The successful candidate will supervise the deck crew, coordinate daily deck operations, oversee maintenance activities, support guest services, and ensure the safe operation and presentation of the yacht to the highest luxury standards.
This opportunity is ideal for experienced Bosuns with previous Motor Yacht experience.
Job Responsibilities
Supervise and lead the deck crew
Coordinate daily deck operations and maintenance schedules
Oversee mooring, anchoring, and tender operations
Maintain exterior appearance of the yacht
Operate deck machinery and equipment
Support watersports and guest activities
Conduct safety inspections and emergency drills
Ensure compliance with company safety procedures and maritime regulations
Requirements
Valid STCW certification package
Previous Motor Yacht experience as Bosun
Valid passport and medical certificate
Good English communication skills
Strong leadership and organizational skills
Excellent knowledge of deck maintenance and seamanship
Professional appearance and guest-oriented attitude
Physically and medically fit for sea service
