Job Description:
Elwin Crew Management Inc. is hiring an experienced Bosun (BSN) to join a yacht. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising and supporting deck crew activities, maintaining deck areas and equipment, and assisting with mooring, anchoring, and other yacht operations. Previous yacht experience is required.
Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
- Supervise and coordinate daily deck crew activities.
- Assist with mooring, anchoring, and yacht operations.
- Carry out and supervise deck maintenance and preservation work.
- Ensure proper handling and maintenance of deck equipment.
- Maintain compliance with onboard safety procedures.
Requirements:
- Valid STCW certificates.
- Valid medical fitness certificate.
- Relevant Bosun certification/documents as required.
- Previous yacht experience is mandatory.
- Proficiency in English communication.
- Valid seafarer's documents required for the position.
- Good knowledge of yacht deck operations and maintenance.
