Job Description:
We are currently recruiting an experienced Bosun for Motor Yachts operating worldwide.
The Bosun will be responsible for supervising deck crew and supporting deck operations, maintenance, mooring, tender operations and general exterior upkeep of the yacht.
Candidates should have proven deck experience and the ability to work professionally within a luxury yacht environment.

Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
• Supervise and coordinate deck crew members.
• Carry out deck maintenance and exterior upkeep.
• Assist with mooring and anchoring operations.
• Operate and maintain tenders and deck equipment as required.
• Support safety procedures and emergency drills.

Requirements:
• Valid STCW certificates
• Valid professional qualifications appropriate to the position
• Valid ENG1 or equivalent medical certificate
• Valid passport and seafarer's documents
• Good command of English
• Proven experience supervising deck crew
• Strong deck maintenance, mooring and tender-operation skills
• Crane, Powerboat or watersports qualifications are an advantage
