Bosun for Luxury Yacht

Job Description:
The employer is recruiting an experienced Bosun to support deck operations onboard a luxury yacht. The role requires strong deck skills, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain high standards of safety and guest service.

Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and participate in daily deck operations
• Assist with mooring, anchoring, tender, and water-sports activities as required
• Maintain deck equipment and exterior areas
• Support the deck team and senior officers
• Follow safety and yacht operational procedures

Requirements:
• Previous experience as Bosun on yachts or in a luxury hospitality environment
• Valid STCW certification and seafarer documentation
• Valid passport and medical certificate
• Excellent English communication skills
• Strong guest service skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work in a multinational crew environment
• Professional appearance, discretion, and positive attitude
• Flexibility to work long hours and adapt to charter schedules
