Key Responsibilities:
Responsibilities vary by department and rank but generally include:
• Safe navigation and vessel operations
• Maintenance of deck, machinery, and safety equipment
• High-quality guest service and hospitality delivery
• Compliance with international maritime regulations and company procedures
• Team coordination and operational efficiency
Requirements:
• Valid STCW certificates relevant to the position
• Seafarer medical certificate
• Previous experience in cruise or passenger vessel environment preferred
• Good English communication skills
• Strong work ethic and teamwork abilities
