Job Description:
A 65m charter/private motor yacht is seeking a hands-on 2nd Officer for a long-term rotational position. Approximately 90% of the role is focused on deck operations, including leadership of the deck team, watersports, tenders and maintenance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead daily deck operations and manage the deck team.
- Oversee watersports and tender activities.
- Support guest interaction.
- Manage deck maintenance programs.
- Support bridge and officer duties as required.
Requirements:
- OOW 3000 minimum.
- Valid STCW certification and ENG1 medical certificate.
- Strong deck background with Bosun or senior lead-deck experience.
- Leadership and deck-management experience.
- Tender driving, watersports, maintenance and guest-service skills.
