2nd Engineer for Cruise Ship (UK/USA)

Job Description:

Anglo-Eastern Group is urgently seeking an experienced 2nd Engineer to join one of two large cruise ships operating from Belfast, Northern Ireland, or Florida, USA.

Key Responsibilities:

As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:

• Supervising engine-room operations and maintenance activities.
• Ensuring the safe and efficient operation of main and auxiliary machinery.
• Coordinating engineering personnel and monitoring equipment performance.
• Troubleshooting mechanical and technical problems.
• Ensuring compliance with onboard safety procedures and maritime regulations.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as 2nd Engineer onboard cruise ships or relevant vessels.
• Relevant marine engineering qualifications.
• Valid STCW certificates.
• Valid medical fitness certificate.
• Good command of English.
• Valid US C1/D visa required for Florida mobilisation.
• Immediate or short-notice availability preferred.
