MYS Superyacht Crew is recruiting an experienced Mate / Relief Captain for a 15m+ sportfishing chase boat supporting a 70m+ private superyacht.

Commencement: October 2026
Location: Mediterranean
Itinerary: worldwide
Rotation: 3 months on / 1 month off
Salary: up to EUR 6,000 per month
Requirements: STCW, valid seafarer medical, substantial big-game sportfishing experience, experience operating 12m+ support tenders or chase boats, and strong deck maintenance skills
Preferred: Captain's licence and B1/B2 visa
