Hello Sailor is recruiting for this onboard position.

Published 9 October 2026. Joining ASAP in Spain. Single-season private J-Class sailing yacht, based in Spain over winter, with Mediterranean owner cruising, regattas and the America’s Cup 2027 planned.

• Minimum Yachtmaster Offshore.
• Minimum four years of sailing-yacht experience, including mate or bosun experience on a similar yacht.
• Strong sailing, maintenance, crew management, racing and deck operations skills.
• Lead the bosun and deckhand as part of a crew of nine.
