Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced 1st Mate for private and charter yachts. The role includes navigation, watchkeeping, deck operations, and supporting the captain in daily yacht management.

Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
• Safe navigation and watchkeeping
• Assisting the captain with deck operations and management
• Supervising deck crew and daily routines
• Ensuring compliance with safety and operational standards

Requirements:
• Proven experience on private, charter, or expedition yachts as 1st Mate
• Valid STCW 2010 certificates
• Valid ENG1 medical certificate
• B1/B2 Visa mandatory
• Strong English proficiency
• Professional appearance and service-oriented attitude
• Immediate availability preferred
• Professional references required
