Warren Maritime is recruiting a qualified and experienced 1st Mate to join a Motor Yacht operating worldwide. The position requires previous experience in the same or similar role, relevant yacht qualifications, valid maritime documentation, and the ability to work professionally within an international crew. Previous motor yacht experience is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
• Supporting the senior deck team with daily yacht operations.
• Carrying out assigned deck and seamanship duties.
• Maintaining deck equipment and work areas in safe operating condition.
• Supporting safe and efficient vessel operations.
• Working effectively as part of an international yacht crew.

Requirements:
• Previous experience as a 1st Mate or in a similar position
• Relevant maritime / yacht qualifications and certifications
• Valid STCW certificates
• Valid medical fitness certificate
• Valid passport and seafarer/yacht documents
• Previous motor yacht experience preferred
• Good English communication skills
• Professional attitude and strong teamwork skills
• Availability to work worldwide
