Job Description:
OSM Thome is currently recruiting an experienced Steward / Stewardess to join an Offshore Seismic / Research Vessel operating in Brazilian waters. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and comfortable living environment for the crew while supporting daily catering and housekeeping operations onboard.

Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
Prepare and serve meals, snacks, and beverages in the crew mess room.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the galley, mess room, and accommodation areas.
Perform laundry services and cabin cleaning for crew and officers.
Ensure compliance with company health, hygiene, and safety procedures.
Assist with inventory management of cleaning supplies, provisions, and housekeeping materials.
Support the catering department in maintaining a high standard of onboard hospitality.
Requirements:
Valid STCW certificates.
Valid medical fitness certificate.
Previous experience as a Steward / Stewardess, preferably onboard offshore vessels or merchant ships.
Basic knowledge of galley operations, housekeeping, and catering routines.
Valid offshore certificates and documentation as required by the vessel flag state and client.
Good spoken and written English.
Strong teamwork skills and commitment to maintaining high hygiene and safety standards.
