Job Description:
We are seeking a qualified Steward to join our team aboard an Offshore Support Vessel (OSV) with DP2 capabilities. The Steward plays a vital role in ensuring the comfort and satisfaction of the crew by maintaining cleanliness and providing excellent service in dining and living areas.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in all crew areas, including dining and living quarters.
• Assist in food service and meal preparation.
• Manage inventory of supplies and report any needs to the Chief Steward.
• Provide excellent customer service to crew members.
• Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation regulations.
Requirements:
To be considered for this position, candidates must possess:
• Ship’s Steward License
• Minimum of 12 months of actual onboard experience in the rank of Steward on similar types of vessels.
• Valid STCW certificates
• Valid UK Work Permit (for EU Nationals) or Ukrainian status under UK protection
• Proficiency in English communication
Employment Details:
• Vessel Type: OSV DP2
• Wages: 130 EUR per day
• Contract Duration: 4 weeks
• Area of Sailing: North Sea
• Join Date: 2nd of January
