Job Description

Vinarco is looking for experienced Stewards, Galley Boys and Room Boys to support catering and housekeeping operations onboard an offshore jack-up drilling rig in Songkhla, Thailand.

Successful candidates will assist with meal service, galley cleaning, messroom maintenance and accommodation housekeeping, ensuring a clean, hygienic and comfortable environment for offshore personnel.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with meal service and messroom operations.
• Clean and maintain messrooms, accommodation areas and common spaces.
• Support galley staff with basic catering and cleaning duties.
• Wash and maintain kitchen utensils and catering equipment.
• Replenish cleaning and housekeeping supplies.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in assigned areas.
• Follow onboard sanitation, food hygiene and safety procedures.
• Report maintenance issues or shortages to the supervisor.

Requirements

• Thai nationality – candidates from Thailand are invited to apply.
• Previous experience as a Steward, Galley Boy, Room Boy or in a similar hospitality position.
• Relevant offshore catering or housekeeping experience is preferred.
• Previous experience on jack-up drilling rigs or offshore installations is an advantage.
• Knowledge of cleaning procedures, sanitation and hygiene standards.
• Ability to carry out assigned duties independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Valid offshore safety training and medical fitness certification, as required by the employer.
• Good command of English is an advantage.
