Job Description:
DOF Asia Pacific is currently seeking qualified and experienced Stewards to join its offshore marine operations within the Oil and Gas industry. This position offers an excellent opportunity to become part of a world-class offshore fleet and provide high-quality catering services onboard offshore support vessels. The successful candidate will support safe and efficient galley operations while maintaining the highest standards of food preparation, hygiene, and hospitality in line with company procedures and offshore safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
• Prepare and serve nutritious meals for offshore crew members
• Maintain galley cleanliness, food hygiene, and safety standards
• Manage food storage, stock control, and inventory onboard
• Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, Environmental, and Hygiene procedures
• Support positive teamwork and professional offshore catering operations
Requirements:
• Valid Marine Cook Certificate of Competency (COC)
• Current Certificate of Safety Training (COST)
• Previous offshore marine experience in a similar role
• Nationally recognised Food Hygiene Certificate
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills
• Strong focus on Health, Hygiene, Safety, and Environmental practices
• Service-oriented attitude with excellent teamwork skills
