Job Description:
Unitra Maritime Manila Inc. is recruiting a Steward for an LCT / HSC vessel. The Steward will support the catering and accommodation department by providing meal service, maintaining cleanliness of common areas, assisting with housekeeping duties, and ensuring good hygiene standards onboard.
Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
Assist with meal and beverage service for crew and passengers as required.
Maintain cleanliness of mess rooms, accommodation, and common areas.
Assist with housekeeping and laundry duties.
Support the galley and catering department when required.
Follow onboard hygiene, health, and safety procedures.
Requirements:
Previous experience as a Steward or in a similar catering position preferred
Experience on LCT / HSC vessels is an advantage
Valid STCW certificates
Medical fitness certificate
Proficiency in English communication
Valid seafarer's documents and relevant certificates
Good housekeeping and customer-service skills
