We are seeking a Leading Steward to join a Drillship operating worldwide. The role involves supervising the accommodation and hospitality team, ensuring high standards of cleanliness, catering support, and crew welfare onboard. The position is ideal for candidates with drillship or offshore vessel experience, strong safety awareness, and the ability to lead a team in a demanding offshore environment.

As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
• Supervise and coordinate the steward team to maintain accommodation areas and mess rooms
• Assist and support galley operations, including meal service and provisioning
• Ensure compliance with hygiene, health, and safety standards onboard
• Maintain inventory of accommodation and catering supplies
• Report any maintenance, housekeeping, or operational issues to the Chief Steward or Offshore Manager

• Valid STCW certification relevant to the Leading Steward role
• Valid OPITO offshore certificates
• Valid National Seaman’s Book
• Valid Medical Fitness Certificate
• Good command of English
• Previous offshore or drillship experience preferred
• Strong safety awareness and leadership skills in a team-based environment
