Job Description:
We are currently seeking an experienced Steward to join an Anchor Handling Tug Supply (AHTS) vessel operating in European waters. The successful candidate will join on 15 July for a 6-week rotation. The Steward will be responsible for maintaining high standards of housekeeping, catering support, and crew accommodation services while ensuring a clean, safe, and comfortable onboard environment. Due to project requirements, only candidates with the legal right to work in the European Union will be considered.
Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
Maintain cleanliness of accommodation, galley, and communal areas.
Assist with meal preparation, serving, and galley operations.
Manage housekeeping duties, laundry services, and onboard supplies.
Ensure compliance with food hygiene and maritime health and safety standards.
Support the crew by maintaining a clean, organized, and comfortable living environment.
Requirements:
Valid STCW certificates.
Medical fitness certificate.
Proficiency in English communication.
Previous experience as a Steward on AHTS or similar offshore vessels is preferred.
Legal right to work in the European Union (EU Passport) is mandatory.
Valid seafarer's documents required for offshore employment.
