A leading yacht recruitment company is currently seeking an experienced Spa Therapist / Steward to join a Motor Yacht operating worldwide.
The successful candidate will provide professional spa and wellness treatments while assisting with luxury interior service, housekeeping, guest care, and maintaining exceptional hospitality standards onboard.
This opportunity is ideal for hospitality professionals with previous yacht or luxury resort experience.
Job Responsibilities
Provide professional massage and spa treatments
Deliver exceptional guest service throughout each voyage
Assist with housekeeping and cabin preparation
Support meal and beverage service when required
Maintain spa equipment and treatment areas
Ensure hygiene and sanitation standards are maintained
Assist with interior inventories and guest requests
Promote a relaxing and luxury guest experience
Requirements
Valid STCW certification package
Previous Motor Yacht or luxury hospitality experience preferred
Professional spa or massage therapy qualification
Valid passport and medical certificate
Good English communication skills
Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
Professional appearance and positive attitude
Physically and medically fit for sea service
