Job Description

Silver Crews is recruiting a professional Service Stewardess to join a 100m luxury yacht.

The successful candidate will deliver exceptional food and beverage service, assist with guest dining arrangements, and maintain the high hospitality standards expected aboard a luxury yacht.

Candidates with previous experience in luxury yacht service, cruise ship hospitality, or fine dining are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide professional food and beverage service to owners and guests.
• Prepare dining areas, table settings, and service stations.
• Assist with formal dining, informal meals, and special events.
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of service areas and equipment.
• Support beverage preparation and service according to onboard standards.
• Coordinate with the Head of Service, Chief Stewardess, and galley team.
• Respond to guest requests courteously and efficiently.
• Follow onboard hygiene, food safety, and service procedures.
• Maintain discretion and respect guest privacy at all times.

Requirements

• Previous service experience in luxury yachting, cruise ships, fine dining, or high-end hospitality preferred.
• Good knowledge of food and beverage service standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and guest-service orientation.
• Professional presentation and a positive, team-focused attitude.
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing guest requirements.
• Good understanding of hygiene and safe service practices.
• Availability for the advertised 4:2 rotation.
