Messman for VLCC Vessel

Job Description

Bluejacketship Management Pvt. Ltd. is recruiting a Messman for a VLCC tanker. Applicants must have relevant large-GRT tanker experience.

Key Responsibilities

As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:

• Assist with meal service and messroom preparation.
• Maintain cleanliness in dining areas and accommodation spaces as assigned.
• Support the Cook with food service and galley-related tasks.
• Assist with stores, supplies, and routine housekeeping duties.
• Follow onboard hygiene, sanitation, and safety procedures.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Messman or in a similar onboard catering role.
• Large-GRT tanker experience.
• Valid STCW certificates and medical fitness certificate, as applicable.
• Proficiency in English communication.
• Complete and valid seafarer’s documents.

Employment Details

• Salary: USD 900–1,000 per month
• Joining: 2 November 2026
• Location: Singapore
