Job Description

Silver Crews is seeking a detail-oriented Housekeeping Stewardess to join a 120m luxury yacht.

The successful candidate will maintain guest cabins, interior spaces, and housekeeping areas to the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation. Candidates with previous luxury yacht, cruise ship, or high-end hotel housekeeping experience are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain guest cabins and assigned interior areas.
• Carry out daily housekeeping, turndown service, and detailed cleaning.
• Maintain high standards of presentation throughout guest accommodation.
• Handle linen, laundry, and guest belongings with care.
• Monitor housekeeping supplies and report inventory requirements.
• Identify and report maintenance issues or damaged items.
• Follow onboard hygiene, sanitation, and safety procedures.
• Support the interior team during guest arrivals, departures, and busy periods.

Requirements

• Previous housekeeping experience in luxury yachting, cruise ships, or high-end hotels preferred.
• Strong knowledge of cleaning procedures and interior presentation standards.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work efficiently as part of an interior team.
• Professional attitude, discretion, and respect for guest privacy.
• Good communication skills.
• Ability to adapt to life and work onboard a large luxury yacht.
• Availability for the advertised 4:2 rotation.
