A luxury yacht management company is currently seeking an experienced Chief Steward/ess for deployment onboard Private Motor Yachts operating worldwide.
The selected candidate will oversee all interior operations, guest hospitality services, housekeeping management, and ensure the highest luxury service standards onboard.
Job Responsibilities
Manage all interior and hospitality operations onboard
Supervise steward/ess and housekeeping teams
Deliver exceptional guest service and luxury hospitality
Coordinate housekeeping, laundry, and provisioning activities
Maintain high presentation and cleanliness standards
Ensure professionalism, discretion, and guest satisfaction onboard
Requirements
Previous Motor Yacht or luxury hospitality experience required
Valid STCW certification package preferred
Valid passport and medical certificate
Strong English communication skills
Leadership and organizational abilities
Professional appearance and positive attitude
Excellent guest service and teamwork skills
