Job Description:
Silvercrews is currently recruiting experienced crew members to join private luxury yachts. Several exciting opportunities are available for senior hospitality and deck positions. Candidates with previous experience on large yachts are strongly preferred for relevant roles.
Open Positions:
Chief Stewardess
• Salary: 10 417 USD after probation
• Rotation: 2 months ON / 2 months OFF with full paid leave
• Start: ASAP
• Big yacht experience is a major advantage
• Strong leadership and communication skills required
Key Responsibilities:
As per yacht and company requirements, duties may include but are not limited to:
• Performing all duties associated with the relevant position onboard
• Maintaining the highest standards of service, hospitality, housekeeping, or deck operations
• Supporting smooth and professional yacht operations
• Supervising and coordinating team members where applicable
• Following yacht safety, security, and operational procedures
Requirements:
• Proven experience in the relevant position
• Previous large yacht experience preferred for applicable roles
• Relevant qualifications and certifications for the position
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Leadership experience for senior hospitality positions
• Professional attitude and ability to work onboard a luxury private yacht
• Availability according to the specified start date

• Rotation: Position-specific, as stated above
• Salary: 5 209 - 10 417 USD, depending on position and experience
